Reserve a Meeting Room
Meeting rooms are available at 13 of our Libraries free of charge. Anyone using the meeting rooms must abide by the full Meeting Room Policy and the Acceptable Use of the Library Policy

To start the process, complete the online form at least 1 week before your requested reservation date. After you fill out the form, you will be contacted about availability.

Reserving a room is dependent on the following guidelines:

  • Anyone eligible for a Library card, other than a Friends card, may book a meeting room. The individual applying for the room will be the primary contact and the person responsible for the terms included in the Library's Meeting Room policy.
  • All meetings must be open to the public and free of charge or requested donations. Meeting rooms cannot be used to sell or advertise products or services, including online payments such as Venmo, CashApp, or Paypal, etc.
  • Room reservations may begin 30 minutes after the Library opens and must end 30 minutes before the Library closes. Here are the hours of our locations for your convenience.
  • Per the Library's Meeting Room policy, no food or refreshments may be served in the meeting rooms. Covered drinks are allowed.
  • The Library cannot provide set-up; tables and chairs are available. Groups can arrange to come early to set up. Groups must clean up and return the room to its original condition and set up. Respect the Library’s property by using it with care and for its intended purpose.
  • Due to the high number of requests received:
    * Meeting rooms can be reserved up to three months in advance.
    * Groups are limited to 3 hours per booking.
    * Groups can reserve a room once a month across all locations.
    * Preference will be given to city residents and organizations.
    * Exceptions may be made by the manager of each location.
  • For information about available rooms, see the information below or call the Library at 314-241-2288.
