Carpenter Library will be closed Monday, May 12 - Friday, May 16
St. Louis Public Library is continuing to make a major investment in Carpenter Library that will increase the reliability of its building systems while reducing energy consumption and maintenance costs (new LED lighting and HVAC equipment). To complete one of the final phases of this project, Carpenter will be closed Monday, May 12 - Friday, May 16. Due to the nature of the work, book drops will not be accessible for returning materials.
NOTE: This closure is weather permitting, and the planned closure could be extended or modified in case of inclement weather.
While Carpenter is closed, we encourage you to visit our Barr, Kingshighway or Buder locations, all of which are less than 4 miles from Carpenter.
