Early Voting (No-Excuse Absentee Voting) in Missouri is available July 21–August 3, 2026.
All registered Missouri voters can vote early during the two weeks leading up to Election Day. No excuse is required and no absentee ballot application is needed.
Early voting is available for registered City of St. Louis voters at these St. Louis Public Library locations:
- Buder Library, 4401 Hampton Ave.
- Carpenter Library, 3309 S. Grand Blvd.
- Julia Davis Library, 4415 Natural Bridge Ave.
- Schlafly Library, 225 N. Euclid Ave.
- Walnut Park Library, 5760 W. Florissant Ave.
