Electronic City Hall

Electronic City Hall lets residents follow the progress of pending city legislation as well as research past legislation from the St. Louis Board of Alderman, the law making body for the City of St. Louis.

The City Charter, Revised Code, City Ordinances, Board Bills, and Board of Aldermen meeting agendas are searchable by number, topic or aldermen.

Electronic City Hall also contains rules and regulations from the City of St. Louis Personnel Office.

Computer Classes

Sharpen your skills or learn new ones for work and personal development. Free computer classes are available to KnowBetter cardholders.

Beginning and advanced learners will find classes led by trainers who know how to take the mystery out of computing. Don't worry if you have never worked on a computer.

Each session includes time for practice and questions.
