The Ask a Librarian service allows you to get answers to your questions in convenient ways.

    To send us a question via text messaging from your cell phone:

    Text 66746 and start your first message with the keyword askslpl followed by a space. Type your question and press "Send."

    Example: askslpl What time does the Carpenter branch close today?

        Live chat and Text a librarian assistance are available:

    • Monday, 9:30am-8:30pm
    • Tuesday-Friday from 9:30am-5:30pm
    • Saturday, 9am-4:30pm
