All Missouri forms are available online at dor.mo.gov. Federal Tax Forms are available at irs.gov. Library Customers can arrange for free pickup of needed tax forms using the curbside & mobile print services at slpl.org/mobile-print/. Curbside & Mobile Print Services are available at the following locations: Baden, Barr, Buder, Cabanne, Carondelet, Carpenter, Central, Divoll, Julia Davis, Kingshighway, Machacek, Schlafly and Walnut Park.
