Mail-in Ballot Notary Service

St. Louis Public Library is offering a mail-in ballot notary services, free of charge, to any Library patron. This service will be available from July 25-29, during operating hours at the following locations: Barr, Baden, Carpenter, Central, Julia Davis, Schlafly and Walnut Park.

Hours for each date are:

  • July 25 11 a.m. -5 p.m
  •  July 27, 11 a.m. -5 p.m
  • July 28, 11 a.m. -5 p.m
  • July 29, 1-7 p.m.

The Jewish Community Relations Council of St. Louis, along with the National Council of Jewish Women – St. Louis Chapter have teamed up the Missouri Voter Protection Coalition to offer these services.

To download the absentee or mail-in ballot request form, click here. Ballots must be requested by July 22 and completed ballots must be received by the St. Louis Board of Elections by 5 p.m. on election day, August 4.
