Missouri Vaccine Navigator
The Missouri Vaccine Navigator allows individuals to register for a vaccine, indicating their desire to be vaccinated. They will then complete a questionnaire to determine their eligibility based on Missouri’s priority phases. Registrants will be notified when a new phase is activated and they become eligible.

Hospitals

BJC HealthCare
Pre-register for your COVID-19 vaccine. You do not need to be a current patient of BJC HealthCare or Washington University to register and receive a vaccine. You must be a current resident of Missouri or Illinois to receive the vaccine from BJC.

CareSTL Health
CareSTL Health is a COVID-19 Vaccinator site. They are no longer accepting pre-registrations online, please call 314-633-6363 for COVID-19 vaccine and scheduling information. CareSTL Health provides free COVID-19 testing.

Mercy
Pre-register for your COVID-19 vaccine to be notified when you are eligible based on state and federal guidelines and vaccine supply allows. 

SSM Health 
Pre-register for your COVID-19 vaccine to be notified when you are eligible based on state and federal guidelines and vaccine supply allows. 

St. Luke’s Hospital
If you are not in a population yet eligible to receive the vaccine and are a resident of the State of Missouri, register for St. Luke’s COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic waiting list. When you become eligible, St. Luke’s will contact you if doses and appointments are available.

Each Medicine Shoppe location has its own website and COVID-19 Vaccine Waitlist.

Sam’s Club
Sam’s Club offers the COVID-19 vaccine whether you are a member or not. Availability and eligibility depend on your state.

Walgreens
Find an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccine or sign up for updates on vaccine availability in your area.

Walmart
Schedule a COVID-19 vaccine appointment at select Walmart locations based on eligibility. You will need a Walmart account to schedule an appointment.
