What are you reading, Reine Bayoc?

My favorite book as a child: Any of the Berenstain Bears books!

The best book I read for school: Mama Day by Gloria Naylor -- I adore books that echo a
supernatural spirit/force.

A book I wish I'd written: Year of Yes -- vulnerable, hilarious and real!

My literary hero: Heroes: Toni Morisson, Alice Walker, Nikki Giovanni, so many more

Worst book you ever read: No bad books:)

Do you prefer digital or paper books: Paper please

A character in a book that you would be friends with: Ophelia “Cocoa” Day

A book I've pretended to have read: Lord of the Flies, I read a good amount of it, but...

The book people might be surprised to learn I love: The Four Agreements

My literary crush: Edwidge Danticat

Books that have influenced my art/music/profession: Bryant Terry's Afro-vegan and Cheryl Day’s The Back in the Day Bakery Cookbook

What I'm reading now: My own...currently finishing my cookbook proposal and working on
my own “favorite” cookbook
