Winter Anthology Writing Contest. Publication in Winter Anthology and a $1000 prize for a group of poems, a story, or an essay. Submit up to 10 pages of poetry or up to 25 pages of prose with a $10 entry fee. Donna Stonecipher to judge. Deadline January 31st.

WB Yeats Society of NY Yeats Poetry Prize. $1000 prize and publication on the WB Yeats Society of NY website for a poem. Submit a poem of up to 60 lines with a $15 entry fee ($12 for each additional poem). The winner will also be invited to a ceremony in New York City in the spring. Deadline February 1st.

Salem State University Claire Keyes Poetry Award. $1000 prize and publication in Soundings East for a group of poems. Submit 8 to 10 pages of poetry (no more than one poem per page) with a $10 entry fee. Includes a subscription. Deadline February 15th.
