One of my favorite things to read in the Riverfront Times is their weekly profile of people involved in the local restaurant and bar scene.  Recently, they profiled and interviewed Samantha Mitchell, the owner of Farmtruk, which focuses on a roving farm-to-table concept.  It's interesting to read about her culinary path, and also about what she finds inspiring (and also what's on her radar in St. Louis).
