Did you know that March is National Flour Month? And also National Peanut Month? If you want to celebrate both at the same time, perhaps some peanut butter baking could fit the bill?  We suggest starting with Peanut Butter Sweets by Pamela Bennett.  Peanut Butter Sweets

Other tasty titles include:
Peanut Butter Comfort                           The Ultimate Peanut Butter Book

While it takes about 540 peanuts to make one 12-ounce jar of peanut butter, even popping a handful of peanuts can do you some good. Peanuts pack a ton of protein into a little package and contain good fats. And did you know that peanut plants also are a naturally sustainable crop because they fix their own nitrogen? If you’d like to read more about the benefits of peanuts, the National Peanut Board has loads of info, recipes, and much more.

It’s also National Celery Month, so if you break from sweets, go on and celebrate with some celery!
