In this two-part program, Dan Reynolds, who is a Managing Partner of Holmes, Radford & Avalon, Inc., a St. Louis-based campaign consulting firm, will discuss the elements and factors that define campaign success.
In the first session (4-5:30 on Tuesday December 6), you will learn about the purpose and benefits of conducting a feasibility study for your organization prior to launching a capital campaign. We will discuss how this tool helps to clarify how you need to position your campaign for success, who will help to lead it, and opportunities for leadership gifts.
After you develop the roadmap for your capital campaign in the first session on December 6, in the second session (4-5:30 on Tuesday December 13) you will learn about the elements and factors that define campaign success as Dan guides a discussion about the stages of a campaign and lessons learned from the field.
Dan Reynolds has been with Holmes, Radford & Avalon, Inc. for nearly seventeen years. He worked for six years in the nonprofit field before consulting with a low-income housing organization in Chicago. Prior to joining HRA in 1999 he was a Director with Doorways, an inter-faith residence in St. Louis serving people with HIV/AIDS.
