We don’t need to tell you that exercise has many benefits to the human body. However, it does not have to be boring. Join Schlafly Library for a social, interactive experience with its own intense energy!
Step for Fitness meets every Tuesday night in Schlafly’s auditorium. This is a line dance set to hip-hop music. There is a basic step taught by our volunteers that is endlessly modified and stylized. The beginner class starts at 6 PM, and goes for one hour. Then, at 7 PM, the advanced moves start. The leaders stop calling out the steps, and you try to keep up!
The fun is infectious, and it's no surprise, as Step For Fitness has been one of Schlafly's most popular events for a decade.
