Harry Potter Knight Bus to Visit Central

St. Louis, MO . . . The St. Louis Public Library is proud to announce that it is celebrating the release of J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows with a very special visit by Scholastic’s Harry Potter Knight Bus to Central Library, 1301 Olive Street, on Thursday, June 28 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Fans can enter to win a chance to hop on the purple triple-decker bus and make a short video about why they love the Harry Potter books. Some fans’ videos will appear on the Scholastic website at www.scholastic.com/harrypotter. The event will also feature tons of other fun activities for fans while waiting their turn on the bus. The program is FREE, but space is limited. Registration is required and runs June 1-16. A random drawing will be held to select winners. Pick up your entry form at any Branch of the St. Louis Public Library.

The St. Louis Public Library is one of only 37 lucky libraries across the country to host an event on the national seven-week-long Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Knight Bus tour, which culminates at Scholastic headquarters in New York City for the release of the seventh and final book in the series at 12:01 a.m. on July 21, 2007.
