Polynesian Dance Group @ Central
St. Louis, MO . . . The St. Louis Public Library is proud to present an evening of tropical delights featuring the “Touch of Paradise” Polynesian Dance Group. The event takes place at Central Library, 1301 Olive Street, on Monday, May 14 at 6 p.m. The review will include dancers in authentic costumes accompanied by live Polynesian music performed on instruments from the South Pacific. The program is FREE and open to the public. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
The “Touch of Paradise” Polynesian Dance Group has performed throughout the metropolitan area, delighting audiences both young and old with dances from Hawaii, Tahiti, New Zealand, and Tonga. Audience participation is a popular part of their show as all ages learn the hula and other dance steps.
Light refreshments will be served following the performance.
